Win-win business:

What is it?

And why is it so important?

These are some of the questions that I have previously been asked and something I feel so strongly about. So much so, I thought I’d write this week’s instalment all about win-win business and why it’s factored into ALL of my deals.

So, what is win-win business.

According to Business Dictionary it’s:

“Negotiation philosophy in which all parties to an agreement or deal stand to realise their fair share (not 100 percent) of the benefits or profit.”

To me, it simply means a fair way of working. It ensure’s all parties involved walk away from a property deal happy. It makes sure that relationships stay strong. All of these things are so important for me and my business. If I’m invited into a deal and one party isn’t going to walk away with a fair percent, I also walk away from the deal. I do not want to be in the same deal as someone who’s in it for themselves.

Why is it important?

No matter what business you work in there will be sharks. There will be people that over promise and under achieve. There will be people that will tailor deals to meet their needs and no one else’s. These people are the people I refuse to work with. I don’t want to be associated with these people and be tarnished with the same brush as them. Reputation in any business is so important. Many of the investors I work with have handpicked me because of my business ethics, as I have with them! We both have an understanding that we will be treated with dignity, respect and in a fair manner.

Win-win business is something that is at the heart and soul of my business and all of my deals. I strongly believe that without having the natural passion for helping people and making sure everyone walks away from a deal happy, I wouldn’t have been as successful as I am. It also works both ways, as I love working with people who have the same mindset about win-win business as myself.

The Freedom Mastermind Programme which will launch early next year also contains lots of information about mindset and win-win business. If you’d like to know more about this unique and transformational training programme please see click on the link below:
